I had a mixed experience during my 4-night stay. The apartments are well-appointed and clean, located in a quiet area which is convenient for exploring Nagasaki. However, I faced some issues with noise, uncomfortable mattresses, and a somewhat complicated check-in process.

The Standard Twin Room was clean and secure, fitting well for three people, but the mattresses were too soft and had noticeable dents. I could definitely feel the discomfort after a night’s sleep.
Service

The check-in was a bit confusing since it was unmanned and required using an iPad. I had to deal with the hotel tax payment more than once, which was frustrating, though they did promptly refund me after my request.

The location was great for navigating around Nagasaki, just a short 10-minute walk from the station and close to bus stops. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood, even though there was some construction noise late at night.

While the hotel didn’t offer dining options, being in a convenient location meant I could find plenty of local spots to grab a meal. Big salads were relatively easy to find nearby.

The hotel had decent facilities overall, but a drying rack for clothes would have been a nice addition. I also missed having an ironing board available in the room.

The Deluxe Suite I stayed in was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. but it was a bit gloomy and had some dust. The mattress, while soft, caused slight discomfort due to its wear.

Checking in online was convenient, although a bit complicated. I appreciated the smooth payment of local tax, but a little more clarity on the process would be helpful.

Unfortunately, there weren't many dining options nearby. just a bento shop at the corner, so having a convenience store would have been a big plus.

The facilities were decent. the vending machine offering beer was a nice touch, but I wished there was a drying rack available in the room.

My Standard Twin Room was spacious and well-appointed, but it lacked an ironing board and iron. I also found the room a bit noisy due to its location next to a busy road. Still, I loved the overall fresh feel of the facility.

The unmanned check-in was frustrating; I didn't receive the check-in email and had to pay city tax twice. They did refund me after I requested it, but I would recommend paying at check-in to avoid similar issues.
